Please bear in mind that not all decoration will work with buttercream due to the moisture/fat content causing softening of décor - fondant iced cakes are more suitable for larger cakes and more complicated, abundant or delicate decoration. I can advise on which type of cake is most suitable for your requirements.

I generally require at least 1 weeks notice for smaller cakes and 2-4 weeks for larger celebration cakes though I will always try to accommodate if I can.
